Our Promise
Every Natural Prints item is made to order, printed especially for you by our production partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection - please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
However, if something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info.naturalprints@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - no need to return the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info.naturalprints@gmail.com.
EU Customers - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under EU consumer law. To exercise this right the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Contact us at info.naturalprints@gmail.com to initiate the process.
