Shipping & Delivery Policy
Natural Prints designs are original artwork, printed to order by our production partners in Europe and the United States. Shipping times, availability, and customs treatment depend on where a product is produced and where it's shipped to — details below.
Product availability by region
- Hoodies are produced in the EU and are currently available to customers shipping within Europe only.
- Caps and Mugs are produced in the US and are currently available to customers shipping within the US, EU, and UK.
If a product isn't available for your shipping destination, it won't appear as purchasable at checkout.
Production time
2–7 business days before an order ships, depending on the product.

Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons such as Christmas.
Multiple items, multiple packages
If your order includes more than one product, items may ship separately from different production facilities and arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. This is normal and expected — your full order is on its way even if it doesn't arrive all at once.
Customs, VAT, and import duties
- Hoodies: produced and shipped within the EU — no import VAT or customs duties apply. The price at checkout is final.
- Caps and Mugs: shipped from the US. For most individual orders, VAT is calculated and included automatically at checkout, and your package clears customs without any additional charges on delivery.
- If a single order's total product value (excluding shipping) exceeds €150 (roughly $165 / £130), VAT is not collected at checkout for that order, and the courier may contact you to collect VAT and any applicable customs duties before delivery. This mainly affects larger multi-item orders.
- UK customers: VAT is included at checkout for orders up to £135; the same courier-collection process applies above that threshold.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Print variation
As each piece is printed individually to order, minor variations in print placement and colour tone compared to product photos are inherent to the process and do not constitute a defect.
